War Wounds Need Psychological Treatment: Support Programs Restore Smiles

A specialized psychosocial support program targeting the groups most affected by conflict: children, women, and displaced persons.

  • Providing psychological support to 10,000 children through recreational and educational activities
  • Group psychological support sessions for 3,500 women
  • Training 200 community psychological counselors
  • Rehabilitating 15 child-friendly spaces

The program provides individual and family counseling services, group support sessions, recreational and educational activities for children, and rehabilitation programs for community psychological counselors to ensure sustainability of impact.
